As part of our Intergenerational Housing Learning Network, Generations United is spotlighting different intergenerational housing initiatives around the country. The second program we are profiling is Broadview at Purchase College in Westchester County, New York. Broadview offers 220 apartments or stand-alone villas in a range of sizes to adults aged 62 and over. Residents at Broadview have access to modern long-term care living, a variety of on-site restaurants, shared gardens and community spaces, community events, and access to classes at Purchase College.
