Intergenerational Leadership Accelerator Program

The Intergenerational Leadership Accelerator Program is a new fellowship for emerging leaders aged 18–30 who are driving, leading, or championing intergenerational initiatives.

Through this fellowship, participants will serve as champions of intergenerational collaboration, strengthening programs in their communities and helping to shape the future of intergenerational work nationwide.

This initiative is made possible with support from The Eisner Foundation, whose commitment to fostering intergenerational connections and strengthening programs for all generations.

2026 Cohort

The inaugural cohort represents a diverse group of emerging leaders working across education, health, community development, advocacy, and nonprofit sectors. Together, they are advancing innovative intergenerational approaches that foster connection, equity, and shared leadership across generations.
