Westminster Canterbury Richmond is a faith based Continuing Care Retirement Community serving children from 6 weeks through 12 years of age, and is home to nearly 900 residents in independent, assisted, memory support and healthcare living. Within this shared site community, intergenerational interactions are not a separate program but are infused into the lives of all living, working, and participating in the regular events of each day. A childcare center was included in the initial plans for the development of this community and has remained a source of pride, leadership, and service since it became fully operational in 1984.
