Treehouse’s Intergenerational Community model is designed to move young people out of foster care and into permanent, loving families and supportive communities. In this intentional neighborhood, children, youth, foster/adoptive families, and older adults live together and invest in one another’s wellbeing. Treehouse offers affordable housing, onsite specialized child and family support, and a range of wraparound programs designed to promote vital aging and create mutual intergenerational connections. This model reflects our belief that every child deserves a loving, permanent family, that older adults deserve a life of purpose and connection, and that these generations can help one another thrive.
