nTechQuity Community Learning is an intergenerational organization that pairs local alternative high school students together with older adults. This initiative brings together Foster Grandparents, seniors who attend the center, retired educators, and Success Academy high school students to improve digital literacy, strengthen intergenerational learning, and create meaningful community impact. Through hands-on workshops, interactive projects, and mentoring, youth become Digital Ambassadors while older adults gain confidence with technology for everyday life. This two-way exchange fosters leadership, social connection, and community resilience. nTechQuity ensures that both students, seniors, and Foster Grandparent volunteers are equipped to thrive in an increasingly digital world. By valuing lived experience and future-ready skills, the program strengthens families, neighborhoods, and opportunities across Saginaw and beyond.
