Our Lifespan Intergenerational (IG) program provides a virtual Zoom group setting for meaningful intergenerational conversations and shared experiences to take place between young adults and older adults, enhancing well-being and a sense of community. Through our program, we aim to bridge the generation divide and combat age segregation by creating meaningful connections and transformative interactions between older and younger adults to foster mutual understanding, empathy, reduce stereotypes, and create a stronger sense of community among age groups, while seeking to alleviate loneliness and social isolation in both young and old alike.
