The Kinder Village’s unique center is grounded on building community and relationships between children and the seniors on campus. The children have regular interaction times with the
elders and residents of Episcopal Homes. During this interaction time, the children engage in activities supervised by both the childcare center teachers and Episcopal Homes’ staff. The intergenerational activities include: story time, outdoor playtime, art activities, playing games, going on walks, reminiscing about the past, and learning about the future.
