
AgeAlive, is a program established in 2017 in the Michigan State University (MSU) College of Osteopathic Medicine with extensive campus and community outreach and intergenerational engagement. AgeAlive advocates for lifelong education for older adults, education for young adults about aging, intergenerational experiences, and spearheaded MSU’s designation as an Age-Friendly University by the international Age-Friendly University Global Network in 2019. AgeAlive is dedicated to connecting generations in mutually beneficial scholarship, programs, and initiatives that align under the broad theme of aging, including lifelong learning, respect, wellbeing, and quality of life for people of all ages and abilities across the lifespan.
