Mckenzie Wilson

Mckenzie Wilson (she/they), is a Seattle-based teaching artist originally from North Carolina with 15+ years of experience in directing, writing, and performance across the Carolinas, New York, and Washington. Her work centers on personal storytelling and devised performance as tools for building authentic connection and sustainable, intergenerational communities. Since 2022, she has facilitated over 30 intergenerational programs with SilverKite Community Arts. These programs range from visual arts to writing and storytelling, and have taken place in schools, senior living communities, and free, drop-in community spaces. In 2024 and 2025, SilverKite received Generations United Program of Distinction recognition during Mckenzie’s tenure. Mckenzie is currently set to direct the newest devised production from SilverKite’sĀ Intergenerational Theatre Company, A Masterpiece.
