Perfect Pair

Perfect Pair is a national nonprofit dedicated to combating social isolation by building meaningful, intergenerational connections between college students and older adults. Through personalized matches based on shared interests and backgrounds, Perfect Pair strives to create lasting friendships and foster community across generations.

As the founding Director of Chapters, I oversee 26 chapters in 17 states and support more than 300 student volunteers. I lead a team of five regional chapter coaches, facilitate biweekly meetings with chapter presidents, and provide ongoing mentorship, resources, and strategic guidance to help each chapter thrive. My approach centers on fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and advocacy, equipping student leaders to navigate unforeseen challenges, while ensuring we maximize the impact of Perfect Pair’s mission.

Beyond my nonprofit leadership, I am a second-year Physician Assistant student with a strong aspiration to serve in the aging field. My experiences at Perfect Pair fuel my dedication to improving the well-being of older adults, both through community-based initiatives and in my future clinical practice. I am passionate about empowering student leaders and creating a network where intergenerational relationships positively transform the lives of younger and older members of the community.
