Deborah Mathis is a retired White House correspondent and journalism educator. Following a Shorenstein Fellowship at Harvard, she coupled her journalism skills with studies in press, politics, and public policy to develop a specialty in media training, media relations, editorial content, and policy development. Deborah is a communications consultant with the National Caucus & Center on Black Aging, Inc., headquartered in Washington, D.C.
