Suzanne M. Cade, Ph.D., is a 2021-2022 Leadership for Educational Equity public policy fellow. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy in organizational leadership, policy, and development from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Education in international education policy from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Tuskegee University.
