Intergenerational Shared Sites

Generations United is committed to increasing intergenerational shared sites and shared resources to meet the country's dependent care needs and encourage age-integrated communities. GU also hosts the National Resource Center on Intergenerational Shared Sites.

NEW* GU is hosting a series of webinars on strengthening intergenerational shared site programs. We invite you to join us every month from January through April 2010.  These free online trainings are open to members of the GU network and the general public. Please save the following dates for future webinars:

• Tuesday, January 26 1:00-2:00PM EST Intergenerational Programming with Teens and Young Adults
• Tuesday, January 26 2:30-3:30PM EST Intergenerational Programming with Young Children
• Tuesday, February 23 from 2:30-4:00 p.m. EST on Staff Training
• Wednesday, March 24th from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. EST on Evaluation
• Tuesday, April 13 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. EST topic to be finalized
