This week, Generations United’s efforts helped lead to the successful passage of the Family First Prevention Services Act in the House. The bill does important things for grandfamilies including:

• providing federal funding for prevention services for grandfamilies

• supporting kinship navigator programs

• addressing barrier to licensing relatives

Next, the bill goes to the Senate where there are few working days before the Senators leave for elections.

Your support makes it possible for Generations United conduct critical mission-driven efforts like this one. Help us continue to give grandfamilies a voice on Capitol Hill. Donate now.
