Intergenerational Site Visit - MONDAY, JULY 23, 2007  12:00 - 4:00 PM

Join us as we tour the future site of the Easter Seals/Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Intergenerational Center.  This state-of-the-art shared site will serve children, adults with disabilities and seniors together when completed in Silver Spring, Maryland.  Learn what it takes to design, build and operate this kind of facility from the ground up.  Practioners with experience in program excellence and intergenerational care will be on site to discuss their local initiatives. The Center is located in suburban Maryland and site visit participants will travel together via METRO transit from the Holiday Inn. Some walking required. Hard hats provided!

Potomac River Cruise - Wednesday, July 25  7:30 - 10:30 PM  (SOLD OUT!)

A three-hour (moonlight) tour!  Enjoy a narrated tour on the Potomac viewing the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials, the Capitol Dome, the Kennedy Center, Watergate, and Curtis-Lee Mansion.  A light dinner will be served.
