Intergenerational Photography The intergenerational photography contest was created in 2001 with generous support from MetLife Foundation. MetLife’s eight years of sponsorship helped the contest grow from just over a dozen entries to almost 200 photos submitted by photographers from all over the world in 2009. GU is grateful to MetLife Foundation for their support in helping establish this signature project that helps connect the generations.
Submit your intergenerational program to the Online Program Directory Generations United is pleased to make available select intergenerational photos from the Intergenerational Photography Contest for your use. Photos can be downloaded by visiting the Intergenerational Photo Album. You have permission to use any of the images on the Album page as long as the photographer and Generations United are credited and no profits are made. The preferred credit is listed when you hold the mouse over each photograph. |
